This is the beginning of what I hope will become a very active destination where we can all learn from one another without the fear or government bureaucracy, corporate agendas, powerful lobbies, or deceptive practices. From someone who has now lived on both sides of the continental divide of personal health, I look forward to sharing my successes and failures with you so that you might learn to avoid those costly mistakes that I made.
